Role Description:

The Business Development Executive – Indonesia is a full-time, on-site role based in New Taipei City. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Indonesian market, including prospecting, lead generation, and building a strong sales pipeline for ROCA's marine and industrial product segments.

The role involves managing and growing key customer accounts, conducting market research, and maintaining regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and quotations, participating in negotiations, coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and reporting on sales activities and market trends. The Business Development Executive will also represent ROCA Industry at relevant events and collaborate with regional and global colleagues to support long-term growth in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience identifying and converting opportunities in target markets.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Experience in sales or business development within Home hardware, industrial, marine, or related manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New Taipei City and collaborate across cultures, particularly in the Indonesian market context.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
