About the role
Pave Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, an established healthcare provider in Singapore offering health screening and related medical services. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow the client's corporate and individual customer base, secure new accounts, and deepen existing relationships.
This is a hunter role. Roughly 80 per cent of your time is spent generating and closing new business, with the remaining 20 per cent on following up warm and inbound leads. It will suit someone who enjoys opening doors, building corporate relationships, and being rewarded for what they bring in.
What you will do
- Identify, pursue, and close new corporate accounts for health screening and related services, including corporate panels, onsite health checks, and vaccination programmes.
- Develop channel and partnership opportunities that bring recurring business to the provider.
- Follow up warm and inbound leads, converting enquiries into confirmed business.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal through to closing and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately record all client interactions, contacts, and account information in the company's systems.
- Represent the provider professionally and appropriately in all external dealings.
- Handle related ad-hoc business development projects as required.
What we are looking for
- A proven track record in B2B or corporate sales, ideally in healthcare, services, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- A confident relationship-builder who can win trust with corporate clients and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable sourcing opportunities independently.
- Willing and able to travel for client meetings and onsite engagements (this is a field-active role).
- Organised, with strong record-keeping discipline and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling client and account information responsibly and in line with data protection requirements.
Working pattern
- Five-day working week, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility is expected to accommodate client meetings and engagements, which may occasionally fall outside standard hours.
What is on offer
- Competitive base salary plus a monthly transport allowance.
- A quarterly commission scheme that rewards genuine sales performance, with an accelerator for strong over-achievers and a supportive ramp-up period for new joiners.
- 14 days annual leave, medical benefits for family and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
- The opportunity to grow with an established healthcare provider in a stable and expanding sector.
