Job Description: Business Development Executive (Indian F&B Industry)

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Indian and Indian Chinese food segment. The role focuses on building partnerships with corporates, educational institutes, and food industry stakeholders, positioning our cuisine as the preferred choice for professional dining, catering, and institutional services.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead Generation & Sales

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, institutes, and hospitality partners.

o Pitch customized food packages for corporate cafeterias, events, and institutional catering.

. Client Relationship Management

o Build long-term relationships with procurement managers, HR/admin teams, and food service providers.

o Maintain strong after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

. Market Development

o Research industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

o Expand brand presence in institutional dining and B2B catering markets.

. Promotions & Branding

o Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns highlighting Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine.

o Organize tasting sessions, food festivals, and corporate demos to showcase offerings.

. Desired Skills & Competencies

o Proven track record in B2B sales within F&B, hospitality, or catering.

o Strong knowledge of Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Ability to design attractive meal packages and institutional catering solutions.

. Qualifications

o 5 years of experience in F&B
