We are seeking a Business Executive Trainee who is a strategic thinker to drive business growth and can adapt quickly in an AI-driven startup environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchisee network and strategic partnerships to accelerate our growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia. To support our aggressive localized placement strategy, this attachment integrates the trainee directly into our site acquisition division, focusing on mapping high-traffic demographics using predictive data analytics, expanding our physical footprint across Singapore, and learning the fundamentals of commercial B2B real estate networking in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Evaluating potential high-traffic locations for AI-integrated automated equipment placements through market research, predictive demographic profiling, and on-site data analysis.
2. Engaging and negotiating directly with landlords, property managers, and venue owners to secure strategic commercial placement opportunities validated by our internal data models.
3. Assessing site feasibility by analyzing cost structures, physical accessibility, power requirements, and expected return on investment utilizing algorithmic revenue projections.
4. Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and technical teams to coordinate deployment timelines and ensure general readiness of our smart IoT-enabled kiosks.
5. Tracking asset performance, gathering site feedback, and adjusting operational placement strategies using real-time AI data analytics to optimize commercial success.
   

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Ability to evaluate location viability by conducting footfall assessments, analyzing crowd patterns, and interpreting localized demographic data through predictive AI mapping tools.
2. Developing professional dialogue and pitching frameworks to navigate lease agreements, leveraging data-driven value propositions to effectively manage long-term landlord relationships.
3. Gaining practical experience in commercial cost-benefit analysis, evaluating rental structures, and assessing overall financial viability backed by automated forecasting algorithms.
4. Learning to manage deployment logistics, establish workflows between commercial and technical units, and coordinate operational schedules optimized by data analytics.

Duration of attachment: 6 months (potential conversion to full-time staff)
