Job Description

Our client is a digital AI analytics company looking to hire a business development associate to lead their enterprise solutions business in the Greater Bay region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify business opportunities and cultivate additional revenue, produce external contacts through the diligent pursuit of clientele.
  2. Oversee the complete commercial process from start to finish. This includes pinpointing potential customers, discussing conditions, and finalizing agreements to guarantee patrons enjoy a seamless transition.
  3. Your focus will be on divisions linked to major head entities, with the goal of broadening connections and unlocking pathways to fresh expansion.
  4. Converting information into practical intelligence for senior staff requires the accurate documentation and monitoring of funnel developments, customer interactions, and transaction advancement.
  5. To ensure consistency and unity, execute organized transitions at critical agreement phases.
  6. By persistently assessing industry forces and consumer input, refine your commercial methods and hone your techniques to achieve goals regularly.

Requirements:

  1. Atleast5yearsofprovensuccessincorporatesales,demonstratingmasteryofcomplexdealcycles.
  2. Mastery of intricate agreement cycles is essential, with an ease of complex corporate frameworks demonstrated through a history of selling to divisions within major Enterprise organizations.
  3. The capability to uncover new possibilities in competitive environments is paired with your talent for external prospecting and contact creation.
  4. Guaranteeing seamless transitions and the effective handling of possibilities requires a grasp of formalized procedures for transferring agreements.
  5. Exceptional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  6. Bachelor's degree of Arts, Social Sciences, or a Computer Science-related major
  7. Building strategic alliances is enabled by your keen commercial insight, which proves especially valuable in high-level executive discussions and bargaining.
  8. A self-directed mentality for spotting process shortcomings and championing ongoing enhancements in sales methodologies is a key attribute.
