Business Controller (FP&A/ Finance Business Partner), Taiwan

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Controller to act as a key partner to the business, bridging finance and operations.

This role is titled Business Controller internally, with a strong focus on FP&A and Finance Business Partnering, supporting business decisions and performance management. You will translate financial data into actionable insights and directly impact business growth and profitability.

You will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, including finance counterparts in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting and rolling forecast to ensure planning accuracy
• Deliver performance analysis and actionable insights for decision-making
• Analyze cost structure and profitability to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure high-quality and consistent financial reporting
• Partner with business and operations teams to influence key decisions
• Collaborate with regional finance teams (including India) to align processes

Requirements

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Audit
• Strong analytical capability with ability to generate business insights
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions
• Working proficiency in English (to collaborate with regional teams)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
• Exposure to growth or transformation environments
