Business Controller

As an ideal candidate, you will be assisting in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and monitoring business performance. You will be involved in preparing monthly business reports, analyzing financial data, follow up with the relevant business departments the execution of the existing action plans, and promote if needed the improvement of the action plan/process, to achieve the targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
2. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for various departments.
3. Track and report on KPIs and ensure alignment with budget expectations.
4. Analyze financial performance (especially for costs and expenses) and identify trends, variances, potential areas of improvement areas for cost optimization.
5. Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities, helping teams to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
6. Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate financial information and assist in decision-making processes.
7. Coordinate different areas of the company, to be a promoter of change and ensure the alignment of the organization towards the objectives of the business plan. 8. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
