Our client is a leading MNC and a market leader in its field. It is looking to hire a Business Processing Senior Analyst who will report to an experienced Business Strategy Mgr in a global MNC. The company allows a WFH arrangement 1 day per week and offers an attractive variable bonus for a good performer. This is a permanent position.
As the Business Process SA, you are responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This role plays a critical part in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving strategic business objectives. You are part of the Corporate BusinessPlanning/Strategy team.
Location:Singapore
Role and Responsibilities:
- Utilize process mapping techniques (e.g. flowchart) to document and visualize current processes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and data backup plans (non-technical) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Trade, Fleet Management) to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate in the implementation of new or improved processes, including change management activities and employee training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- A minimum of 3 years in Business Process Management or Business Process Consulting. Looking for Management Consultants from Big 4 firms or other consultancy firms, or candidates with business process owner/consulting experience gained with MNCs
- Experience in Cyber/Business Continuity Plan (BCP) will be advantageous but not a must.
- Strong willingness to diligently and accurately document and update process maps and related documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and effectively challenge their views where necessary.
- Proficiency with process mapping tool e.g. Miro is required
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong on cognitive assessment/abstract reasoning skills with strong critical thinking skills.
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
