Analyze, capture, and document business requirements clearly and completely.
Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, draw inferences, and translate requirements into functional and technical delivery inputs.
Guide developers and testers by explaining functional requirements, expected system behaviour, product flows, and business rules.
Must have hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis, preferably in Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, Data Warehouse Analytics, or related technology enhancements.
Strong experience as a Business Analyst with functional or domain knowledge of investment and insurance products.
Good understanding of wealth management products, banking processes, and customer-facing digital or operational journeys.
Strong understanding of technology delivery life cycles and the practices required to implement effective systems.
Experience working in agile delivery environments and documenting requirements as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Experience supporting production cutover, release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release validation.
Prior experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities or coordinating agile delivery across multiple squads is preferred.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, testers, production support, operations, and release management teams.
Working knowledge of SQL, Postman, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs is an added advantage.
Wealth management technology delivery experience including the exposure on Finacle, Avaloq or any other core banking systems.
Exposure on investment and insurance product platforms.
