Participate in the formulation of quarterly/monthly business goals for TikTok live broadcast from a global and regional perspective, including building and iterating business goal models, tracking goal achievement, and gaining insight into business issues 2. Responsible for establishing a business indicator system, identifying problems and conducting in-depth analysis of key issues, proposing solutions based on in-depth research on industry ecology and business models, and leading cross-department special projects to promote implementation.
Qualifications
1. 5 years of business analysis of Internet companies (with relevant experience in goal setting/management and business analysis) 2. Understanding of global online companies Applicants who are interested in the entertainment industry (such as live streaming, social networking, games, etc.) and have experience are preferred 3. Deep thoughts, sharp thinking, and strong curiosity have a pragmatic mentality and strong problem-solving ability 4. Strong quantitative analysis skills, proficient in Excel modeling experience with various data analysis tools is preferred 5. Excellent communication skills, good at cross-team cooperation, high sense of responsibility, independence and adaptability 6. Strong English skills & those with an international background are preferred.
