About the Role:

Business Analyst is a mid-level professional working at the interface between the business functions and the Business Application Group, leading and guiding a team of business analysts during projects.

You are responsible for understanding business requests and capturing business requirements, in order to contextualize them into functional and technical capabilities within the business platforms and their associated applications that are provided by the Business Applications Group.

Business Analyst is responsible for leading and guiding a team of business analysts during projects, ensuring that business requests are understood and documented thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Own the scoping and prioritization of business requirements and contribute positively to the scoping discussions between platform and business stakeholders
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions with junior peers, application engineering and operations enablement teams
• Coordinate the buddy allocations for new joiners during their onboarding and foster proactive collaboration among peers e.g., active peer reviews
• Effectively communicate, proactively manage the relationship with business and platform stakeholders, while developing the ability to influence
• Actively participate in the development and review of software standards, software solution documentation and implementation within the Business Application Group's platform(s) of your expertise.

Required Skills

• Degree/ Master's in IT, Computing or related field of studies
• At least 9 years of working experience or working in a similar role.
• A successful candidate has proven experience leading small cross-functional teams, coordinating with developers and engineers to design and implement solutions and automated business processes.
• Sound Background in Front Office- Private Equity
• Good knowledge on SQL
• Background of developing enterprise or business applications for Trading, Banking Sector.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and systems thinking at scale.
