The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise system analysis and development, with hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript technologies. Experience in mobile insurance applications, remote insurance services, or channel service systems is highly preferred. Work closely with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of usage scenarios, problem essence and target processes

2. Cross-department communication and bridging
- Convert business language into executable logical descriptions of the system, assist the technical team in understanding the demand background
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, align goals and scope (Scope)
3. Functional verification and test collaboration
- Verify whether the system meets business requirements
- Support test process troubleshooting and feedback tracking
4. System understanding and impact assessment
- Have the ability to understand preliminary system architecture and data processes, and can assist in impact analysis
- Provide feasibility suggestions and judgments when requirements change, and complete requirements prioritization management and human resource allocation recommendations
5. Document management and knowledge maintenance
- Assist in maintaining version control and knowledge files of requirements, specifications and processes
6. Administrative and contract management
- Assist in processing demand-related administrative processes, including purchase applications, contract review, communication with manufacturers and document collection
- Ensure that all processes are executed in accordance with internal standards and schedule control, and support overall team management

Qualification:
1. Have more than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial/insurance industry
