Business Analyst / Project Manager, Finance Technology

Role Responsibilities:

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables with cross-functional teams
• Maintain roadmap, track risks, and manage project documentation
• Liaise with IT and vendors to implement system and process solutions
• Support Finance systems to ensure operational continuity and optimization

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years in project management or business analysis within MNCs/startups
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with finance transformation and digital tool implementation
• Crypto industry background is a plus
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, hybrid/remote environments
