Business Analyst

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst.
• Recent working experience ETL- data warehouse, DWH, databricks, data lake as a Data Business Analyst within Banking or Financial industry
• Must have functional working experience as a Data Business Analyst
• Current experience in banking services – Must
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise data platforms or analytics environments.
• Experience in banking services is strongly required.
• Experience in UAT Testing and Test Management domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance, compliance and regulatory framework is a plus.
• Understanding in project management methodologies (e.g: Scrum, Agile).
• Strong understanding of data platforms, infrastructure, and analytic tools (e.g: DataIku, OAS, Denodo, Feature Store).

Technical & Data Skills

• Strong understanding of data concepts, including data models, datasets, and data lineage.
• Working knowledge of SQL for basic data exploration and validation.
• Experience mapping business requirements to systems, tables, and columns.
• Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as Power BI, OAS, Denodo, Feature Stores, or similar is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable acting as a central point of contact and owning data queries end-to-end.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• Able to work across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
