The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with an insurance provider to look for an experienced Business Analyst (Insurance) who is responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating business and IT stakeholders, managing UAT and testing, and supporting end-to-end delivery of insurance product and system enhancements.
The Talent
- Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field, with insurance industry experience.
- At least 5 years of BA or similar experience, with strong exposure to system testing and UAT.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to analyse, map, and improve end-to-end processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and leading workshops.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to independently manage complex requirements, projects, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams Agile experience is an advantage.
Job Description
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis, translating business needs into clear and detailed system requirements and user stories.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including user story development, test case preparation, UAT, defect management, and issue resolution.
- Analyse and map end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the key liaison between business, IT, SMEs, and regional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project implementation.
- Develop training and system documentation while supporting product management and other project-related initiatives.
