BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop business process maps, functional specifications, and workflow documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Analyse business data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Participate in system implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Provide training and support to end users on new systems and business processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the manufacturing, construction or engineering industry will be an added advantage.
