Position: Business Analyst – Full-time (Singapore)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support system enhancements, change requests (CRs), and BAU activities for a leading international banking organization. The role will act as a key liaison between local and regional/global teams, ensuring the timely delivery of system changes and the smooth operation of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and change request workflows from initiation through delivery using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements, and perform impact analysis to support successful implementation.

• Coordinate project activities, track progress across teams, and prepare status reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

• Provide BAU support and assist with troubleshooting to maintain stable system operations.

• Identify project risks and issues, drive resolution, and escalate where necessary.

• Support project coordination and PMO activities, including planning and tracking using MS Project where required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT project delivery, or PMO functions, preferably within banking or financial services.

• Strong experience managing change requests and system enhancement initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with core banking systems.

• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-border teams.

• Exposure to Japanese banking environments or Japanese language skills will be an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: SGD 5,500 – 6,800 per month
