Job description
My client, a technology solution company in the supply chain & logistics industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to support product design and launch initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, solution providers) to understand business needs and desired outcomes, and gather requirements for product design and workflow enhancements.
- Build business cases and align product design or changes with stakeholders on implementation scope and schedule.
- Facilitate product launch and rollout, including planning, system integration, testing, customer onboarding, and go-to-market activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to implement API changes or develop new APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the technology industry.
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or data/API products is preferred.
- Self-driven and proactive with a strong ability to deliver results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
