We are currently looking to hire Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Assist in change management, training, and documentation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to create process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
