Your Role And Responsibilities
As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to drive business solutions and excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. With a strong understanding of the SDLC, you will effectively manage stakeholders and users while facilitating requirement workshops. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement, requirement workshops, and process mapping to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
- Impact and Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough impact and gap analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and users through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Guidance: Guide technical and vendor teams by providing clear business requirements and process maps to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Communication and Liaison: Articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to liaison between lines of business and the development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and solution delivery.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SDLC Understanding: Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in managing business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Requirement Analysis: Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder engagement, requirement workshops, and process mapping.
- Impact and Gap Analysis: Experience in conducting thorough impact and gap analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities, and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
- Process Mapping: Experience in creating process maps to guide technical and vendor teams in delivering solutions that meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders and users through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

- Use Case Mapping: Experience with process and use case mapping to analyze business cases and guide technical and vendor teams in delivering solutions that meet business needs.
- Business Case Analysis: Experience analyzing business cases to identify opportunities for improvement and guide stakeholders in making informed decisions.
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience facilitating requirement workshops to gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement and process mapping.
