Building & Facilities Executive/Manager ESY

. Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities

. Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems

. Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans

. Troubleshoot and respond to facility related issues and breakdowns

. Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions

. Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers

. Support fire safety systems checks and general safety inspections

. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports using maintenance systems

. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards

. Support office layout changes, furniture installation, and equipment relocation as required
