Position Overview
ADLINK Technology is seeking a passionate individual to support ADLINKs external-facing global digital platforms, including the corporate website, e-commerce store, or any other customer facing web-based platform. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience across platforms by coordinating updates, assisting SBU/RBU marketers, and working closely with IT and developers on refinements and enhancements.
You will act as an enabler for SBU/RBU marketersproviding guidance, troubleshooting support, and usability improvementswhile also contributing hands-on with HTML edits, testing, and quality control. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, cares about user experience, and enjoys making digital platforms intuitive, consistent, and brand-aligned.
Core Focus Areas
UI/UX Enhancements & SEO Focus (80%)
- Continuously improve website, e-commerce, partner hub, and blog site usability, ensuring consistent navigation, responsive design, and user-friendly layouts.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO agency on both on-page and off-page enhancements, including metadata optimization, internal linking, keyword placement, backlinks, and technical audits.
- Support measurable SEO growth by:
- Increasing organic traffic by X% year-over-year.
- Improving Core Web Vitals scores and page load speed across key pages.
- Maintaining updated meta tags, schema, and keyword coverage for target campaigns.
- Monitor and Report performance with GA4 and GTM, using insights to propose UX improvements (e.g., reducing bounce rates, improving navigation flow).
- Act as the first point of contact for SBU/RBU marketers needing support with landing page updates, asset uploads, or campaign setup.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate fixes with IT and developers.
- Support QA testing, requirement documentation, and validation of new features.
- Ensure pages and forms follow compliance requirements (privacy, cookie, data collection).
- Provide guidance and documentation to help marketers use platforms effectively.
- Increase the conversion rate from website traffic to Request for Quotation based on the user experience improvement.
Brand Messaging & Corporate Identity Consistency (20%)
- Ensure all digital content, layouts, and templates adhere to ADLINKs CI standards.
- Manage and update global CI assets (logos, templates, brand guidelines) to ensure 100% compliance across web-based platforms.
- Provide quarterly reviews and audits of digital assets to ensure consistent application of brand identity. Enable SBU/RBU marketers by supplying ready-to-use CI-compliant templates and assisting in applying brand messaging correctly.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 13 years in digital marketing, website management, or related role (internship experience acceptable).
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and e-commerce systems (Shopify preferred).
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and usability testing.
- Language Skills: TOEIC 700+ or equivalent English proficiency.

- SEO Impact: Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings through on-page/off-page enhancements with SEO agency.
- Operational Efficiency: Timely resolution of platform issues and successful rollout of usability refinements in collaboration with IT/developer teams.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: At least 80% positive feedback from SBU/RBU marketers on platform support and usability improvements.
