Protect Global Brands in the Digital Marketplace

We are currently seeking a Brand Protection Consultant based in Taiwan to join our growing Brand Protection team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy online research, analytical work, investigations, and identifying patterns across digital environments.
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while working with international brands in a specialized and growing industry.
Requisitos
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify and profile software resellers and digital marketplace participants.
- Analyze websites, online marketplaces, and digital platforms to identify potential infringement activities.
- Communicate with resellers and other stakeholders through email and digital communication channels.
- Gather, organize, and document evidence, including screenshots, website information, and supporting records.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within CRM systems.
- Upload, organize, and manage documentation through SharePoint and internal platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established processes and quality standards.
- Support ongoing investigations and reporting activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in research, compliance, operations, investigations, customer support, administration, e-commerce, risk management, or related functions.
- Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while following structured processes and guidelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and online research tools.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting online research or digital investigations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or reseller ecosystems.
- Knowledge of OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) methodologies.
- Exposure to compliance, intellectual property, legal support, trust & safety, or technology-related environments.
- Experience handling large volumes of information while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
