
Description & Requirements
The APAC Brand Operations team translates brand strategy into execution across campaigns, channels, and markets. Operating as a regional center of excellence, we drive consistency, efficiency, and investment discipline across APAC. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Operations, the Brand Operations Lead partners with Brand, Creative, and cross-functional teams to enable strong operational rigor, clear processes, and disciplined budget management.
- Partner with regional and market Brand, Creative, and Retail Brand Experience to meet the operational & fiscal requirements of brand campaigns, including managing budget, timelines and deliverables
- Manage regional budget tracking and forecasting, with a focus on visibility, accuracy, and spend optimization
- Responsible for working with our regional and global merchandising team on product verification and outfitting for campaigns and weeklies
- Support in quarterly B&C sample buy process and handling
- Support in managing overall Brand Marketing Calendar and campaign go-to-market timelines
- Manage and liaise with external vendors by project, from documentation to payment tracking
- Establish and maintain core operating rhythms, templates, and tools to drive consistency across APAC
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication flow and partnerships across all campaigns and projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in brand operations, marketing operations, or project management (retail or multi-market experience preferred)
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g. Airtable)
- Strong operator mindset with high attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders across functions, levels, and markets

In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
