Job Description

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Examining market trends and consumer insight to uncover opportunities for product expansion or development
  • Designing and executing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and secure market success
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with strategic objectives
  • Steering product innovations and adjustments informed by market research and regulatory guidelines
  • Creating and managing promotional campaigns that adhere to ethical and legal requirements
  • Monitoring sales figures and market performance to optimize strategies and meet financial objectives
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and patient organizations
  • Ensuring all brand-related activities comply with industry regulations and company policies
  • Overseeing the financial management of the brand, including budgeting and resource distribution
  • Leading initiatives to educate healthcare providers and consumers about the product's advantages and correct use
  • Handling any brand or product-related issues that might affect its reputation or market success

JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, specialization in business and pharmaceutical preferred

Experience:

  • > 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical marketing field. Sales experience is plus.
  • Proven track records of developing and implementing marketing strategy and new product launch
  • KOL engagement and X-functional collaboration are preferred
  • Experience in Immunology or specialty are preferred
