- Designing and executing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and secure market success
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with strategic objectives
- Steering product innovations and adjustments informed by market research and regulatory guidelines
- Creating and managing promotional campaigns that adhere to ethical and legal requirements
- Monitoring sales figures and market performance to optimize strategies and meet financial objectives
- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and patient organizations
- Ensuring all brand-related activities comply with industry regulations and company policies
- Overseeing the financial management of the brand, including budgeting and resource distribution
- Leading initiatives to educate healthcare providers and consumers about the product's advantages and correct use
- Handling any brand or product-related issues that might affect its reputation or market success
JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above, specialization in business and pharmaceutical preferred
Experience:
- > 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical marketing field. Sales experience is plus.
- Proven track records of developing and implementing marketing strategy and new product launch
- KOL engagement and X-functional collaboration are preferred
- Experience in Immunology or specialty are preferred
