About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead Skintific's brand growth in Taiwan, with strong ownership of brand campaigns and POSM execution across online and offline channels. This role ensures brand consistency from strategy down to in-store visibility and consumer touchpoints.

You will bridge brand strategy, campaign execution, and retail activation, working closely with regional teams, sales, and external partners.

What you'll do:

Brand Strategy & Localization

  • Develop and execute localized brand strategies aligned with global brand direction
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and key narratives for the Taiwan market
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, and offline touchpoints

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand and product campaigns
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination
  • Collaborate with social, KOL, PR, e-commerce, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights and results

POSM & Retail Activation

  • Plan, develop, and manage POSM materials including displays, testers, gondolas, visuals, and in-store assets
  • Work closely with sales and retail teams to ensure strong in-store execution
  • Coordinate POSM production, distribution, and installation with vendors and agencies
  • Ensure POSM aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Evaluate POSM effectiveness and recommend improvements

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and retail execution
  • Translate consumer and market insights into campaign and POSM strategies
  • Stay updated on Taiwan beauty retail trends and shopper behavior

Stakeholder & Budget Management

  • Act as the main brand marketing PIC for Taiwan
  • Manage brand marketing and POSM budgets efficiently
  • Work with regional/global teams and external partners to deliver on time and within budget
  • Prepare performance reports and post-campaign reviews

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or retail marketing
  • Strong experience managing campaigns and POSM for offline and omnichannel environments
  • Good understanding of Taiwan beauty retail landscape (drugstores, department stores, specialty beauty stores)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Data-driven and execution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Mandarin; business-level English required

Nice to Have

  • Beauty, skincare, or FMCG brand experience
  • Experience working with distributors or retail partners
  • Experience managing agencies and production vendors
