SC Johnson is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive end-to-end product commercialization and integrated marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong experience in NPD, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development (NPD) from concept to launch, including consumer insights, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing & communication plans, including digital, social, and offline campaigns.
- Manage product lifecycle and performance, leveraging data (market share, demand, financials) to drive decisions.
- Drive channel and route-to-market strategies to maximize business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and agencies) to ensure strong execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within FMCG.
- Proven experience in end-to-end NPD and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management across multi-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
