Responsibilities
1. In-depth understanding and insight into the scenarios, goals and gameplay strategies of business models and brand marketing in various industries, and the ability to effectively capture industry needs and adapted brand capabilities (including but not limited to products, projects, crowd strategies, etc.) 2. Ability to form marketing methodologies that can be applied at scale around key industries and key scene models, incubate cases, verify value, and effectively disseminate and promote with the help of internal collaboration departments and external market resources 3. Strengthen the market communication and influence of brand marketing through participation in industry events, agency and co-building of leading brands, etc., and fully convey the differentiated value advantages and strategic methodology leadership of the giant engine brand advertising.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in integrated marketing positions in advertising companies, brands, and media is preferred. Brand marketing strategy and industry/customer service experience in the automotive/luxury goods/beauty/fast-moving consumer goods fields are preferred 2. Outstanding strategic planning capabilities, good strategic expression and logic capabilities, and a certain product understanding 3. Excellent language and written expression skills, rich experience in methodology accumulation, proposal presentations, etc. 4. Open and flexible thinking, strong cross-department communication and coordination skills and pressure resistance, good self-driving force, focusing on achieving results.
