Branch Manager

Responsibilities

1. Implement business plans to achieve preset sales targets and objectives.
2. Generate new business for the branch.
3. Manage branch resources, particularly with regard tothe provision of quality customer service.
4. Ensure branch operations are in compliance withthe Banks policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

1. University graduate preferred with minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
2. Pass in the insurance intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) will be an advantage.
3. Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted/Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper1, 7, 8 or equivalent) will be an advantage.
4. Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage.
5. HKID Certified Banker will be an advantage.
6. Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations, and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided.
7. Strong interpersonal, communications, sales and management skills.
8. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
9. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
