Prepare and submit BOI applications, including Bill of Materials (BOM), production formulas, and raw material declarations in accordance with BOI regulations
Manage BOI privileges for the import and release of raw materials, machinery, equipment, and related assets
Maintain BOI inventory records by processing raw material reconciliation, stock adjustments, and BOI stock balance accurately
Prepare and submit BOI applications for new investment projects, project amendments, and project implementation approvals
Process BOI applications for the return, re-export, transfer, and destruction of raw materials, machinery, equipment, and production waste
Coordinate visa and work permit applications for foreign technicians, specialists, and experts under BOI privileges
Handle import and export duty refund applications and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with the Board of Investment (BOI), Thai Customs Department, and other government authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations
Maintain accurate BOI documentation and ensure all records are complete, organized, and audit-ready
Monitor regulatory updates and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with BOI requirements and maximize available investment privileges
Support other BOI-related activities and perform additional assignments as required by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in BOI operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of BOI regulations, Customs procedures, and import/export documentation
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly responsible with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Chinese communication skills will be considered an advantage
