Platform Development & Reliability: Lead BMC firmware development across next-generation server platforms, driving system reliability, robust compatibility, and rigorous quality standards.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Ownership of lifecycle maintenance, leveraging advanced debugging techniques to resolve complex, system-level firmware issues and continuously improve firmware stability.
Full-Stack Linux Integration: Design and implement robust architectures in a Linux-based environment (including OpenBMC frameworks), spanning device drivers, system services, secure networking, intuitive web interfaces, and modern RESTful/Redfish APIs.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with cross-functional expert teams (Hardware, BIOS, QA, and Validation) to resolve complex hardware-software integration challenges and streamline product development workflows.
Technical Consultation & Leadership: Act as a trusted technical consultant for global customers, driving technical alignment, resolving critical deployment challenges, and ensuring the successful delivery of milestone solutions.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with OpenBMC architecture or IPMI/Redfish standards.
Strong familiarity with server hardware architecture and x86/ARM platforms.
Hands-on experience with secure boot, firmware security, or cryptography protocols.
Proven track record of leading technical discussions with hyperscale data center clients.
