Role Description

We are hiring a Blockchain Specialist to support blockchain research, digital asset operations, product coordination, ecosystem analysis, and Web3 business initiatives.

This is a broad, full-time role suitable for candidates with experience or strong knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, digital products, business analysis, project coordination, market research, community operations, compliance, customer support, data analysis, or technology.

The successful candidate will help research blockchain developments, support internal projects, review digital asset products, coordinate with technical and business teams, prepare documentation, and contribute to the growth of the CyrusCoin ecosystem.

This is not a highly specialized software engineering position. Candidates are not required to be professional smart contract developers, although technical blockchain knowledge is valuable.

The role does not require candidates to invest personal funds, trade through personal accounts, recruit investors, independently control customer wallets, share wallet credentials, guarantee returns, or provide personal investment advice.

Responsibilities

Research blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, decentralized finance, stablecoins, digital payments, wallets, exchanges, and emerging Web3 trends

Support blockchain projects from early research and planning through coordination, testing, documentation, and launch

Review blockchain platforms, digital asset products, decentralized applications, wallets, exchanges, and payment solutions

Prepare research reports, project updates, competitor reviews, process documents, presentations, and internal briefing materials

Monitor developments across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, Layer 1 networks, Layer 2 networks, tokenized assets, and blockchain infrastructure

Assist with product testing, user feedback, feature documentation, issue tracking, and coordination between technical and non-technical teams

Analyze digital asset ecosystems based on adoption, usability, transaction activity, community growth, market positioning, security, and business potential

Support operational processes involving blockchain transactions, wallet workflows, exchange integrations, staking products, and decentralized applications

Help organize project timelines, tasks, priorities, meetings, documentation, and communication across distributed teams

Review whitepapers, protocol documentation, tokenomics materials, governance proposals, blockchain data, and industry research

Support partnership research, ecosystem mapping, market-entry analysis, community initiatives, and Web3 business development

Identify product, operational, market, compliance, security, and user-experience risks and communicate findings clearly

Explain blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts to users, partners, managers, and colleagues with different levels of technical knowledge

Collaborate with product, engineering, research, operations, marketing, compliance, community, and business development teams

Qualifications

Strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets, decentralized finance, fintech, or emerging technology

Experience or practical knowledge in at least one relevant area such as blockchain operations, digital asset research, product support, project coordination, business analysis, fintech, compliance, customer success, data analysis, community management, or software technology

General understanding of blockchain networks, wallets, cryptocurrency transactions, exchanges, stablecoins, smart contracts, decentralized applications, or digital payments

Ability to conduct research, organize information, prepare documentation, and communicate findings clearly

Strong written communication, analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Comfortable learning unfamiliar blockchain products, platforms, tools, and technical concepts

Ability to work independently in a remote and internationally distributed environment

Professional English communication skills

Mandarin Chinese communication skills are strongly preferred

Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from Taiwan

Preferred Background

Experience with a blockchain company, cryptocurrency exchange, fintech business, Web3 startup, digital payment provider, technology company, financial institution, or consulting organization

Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, stablecoins, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, staking, tokenized assets, and blockchain explorers

Experience in product operations, project management, market research, business development, customer support, compliance, finance, marketing, data, or technology

Familiarity with tools such as Etherscan, PolygonScan, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, DefiLlama, Dune, TradingView, Notion, Jira, Trello, Airtable, Excel, or Google Sheets

Basic understanding of smart contracts, APIs, blockchain transactions, token standards, decentralized exchanges, or wallet integrations

Experience preparing reports, presentations, product documentation, process guides, project plans, or market analyses

Background in business, finance, economics, information systems, computer science, marketing, data analytics, law, communications, or a related field

Traditional Chinese reading and writing ability

Compensation

Salary range: TWD 1,200,000 - TWD 1,800,000 per year depending on experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, product operations, research, project coordination, business analysis, or related fields
