With decades of experience, the company provides reliable and energy-efficient design solutions for various building types, including educational, medical, institutional, mission-critical, aviation, and commercial facilities.
Qualifications:
- In office Working knowledge of current versions of Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong logical reasoning, organizational, and workflow skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team structure and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment Revit software evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the design team in modeling either electrical or mechanical systems for construction projects.
- Coordinate with designers to meet project requirements and input content into Revit models and AutoCAD drawings.
- Produce accurate and timely construction design documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Adhere to company Revit/AutoCAD standards while seeking workflow optimization and improvement.
- Develop a working knowledge of the mechanical or electrical systems being modeled.
