BIM Coordinator (M&E)

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and coordinate MEP drawings, including CSD and technical documentation.
2. Utilize BIM for shop drawing documentation and ensure quality compliance with project specifications.
3. Review subcontractor system drawings and submissions prior to coordination.
4. Collaborate with project members, subcontractors, and consultants to produce coordinated drawings for approval and construction.
5. Identify and address discrepancies through RFIs and maintain effective communication with both internal and external teams.
6. Monitor and resolve clashes, ensuring timely updates from the project team.
7. Execute modeling and shop drawing tasks within project timelines as assigned.
8. Create presentations using BIM-related software as required by the project team.
9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of clash detection reports.
10. Oversee the coordination process and facilitate data exchange and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Recognised Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in drawing coordination and BIM management within the construction sector in Singapore.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and Navisworks software for MEP applications.
4. Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.
