Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the high availability guarantee of ByteDance big data platform, collaborate with each big data component team to formulate stability standards, clarify responsibility boundaries, and promote the implementation of stability projects 2. Responsible for the construction of operation and maintenance process standards and the construction of corresponding tool capabilities, including stability target management, monitoring and diagnosis operation and maintenance capabilities, disaster recovery and emergency plans, etc. 3. Responsible for promoting big data component risk governance and accident management, reducing platform accidents, improving operation and maintenance efficiency, and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors 2. Possess panoramic knowledge of big data architecture systems, familiar with the principles of basic components such as HDFS, Yarn, and Spark, and understand the data production and processing link process 3. Possess solid knowledge of platform operation and maintenance systems, familiar with common failures and operation and maintenance processes of big data components, and have insights and practical experience in ensuring the stability of big data 4. Have good project promotion skills, communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to solve problems independently and bear pressure 5. Experience in big data platform SRE is preferred, and experience in building operation and maintenance platform tools is preferred 6. International experience or English proficiency is a bonus.
