Big Data Development Engineer - Douyin Live

1. Deeply participate in the planning and architecture design of live broadcast task data solutions, and use big data to solve the business pain points of live broadcast tasks 2. Deeply participate in the design and development of the data architecture of the live broadcast task platform, including but not limited to indicator development, crowd selection, effect analysis and other capabilities 3. Deeply participate in the construction of live broadcast data quality system, and form a complete data monitoring and data verification mechanism 4. Go deep into the business, understand and reasonably abstract business needs, maximize the value of data, and work closely with the business team.

1. Proficient in at least one language such as Python, Java, Scala, Go, etc., and have a deep understanding of data structure and algorithm design 2. Familiar with basic components and services of common big data and distributed systems, such as Hadoop, Hive, Redis, Kafka, etc. 3. Familiar with common data application products and OLAP engines, with strong business abstraction and data architecture capabilities 4. Have experience in the design and development of massive data and large-scale distributed systems, and be able to solve performance bottlenecks in big data systems 5. Have good service awareness and data awareness, possess team spirit and collaboration spirit, and be passionate about exploring the value of data.
