Eligibility & Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Exit Management.
- Experience in managing 500+ Background Verification (BGV) cases.
- Experience in BGV vendor management and coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Data Analytics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor BGV processes.
- Coordinate with BGV vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of verification cases.
- Handle Exit Management activities and maintain related data and reports.
