U Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our growing team in Orchard.

We are looking for someone who is confident in facial and body treatments, genuinely cares about client results, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform professional facial and body treatments
• Provide treatments including facials, Bojin facial, body contouring, lash lift and other specialised beauty services
• Conduct consultations to understand clients skin concerns, body concerns and treatment goals
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
• Follow up with clients on their treatment experience and progress
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey
• Introduce suitable treatment packages, services and products to clients
• Maintain accurate treatment and client records
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure machines, equipment and treatment areas are properly maintained
• Attend ongoing training and continuously develop treatment knowledge and skills
• Work closely with the team to achieve service and business goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant beauty therapy experience
• Hands-on experience in facial and/or body treatments
• Experience in Bojin facial, body contouring or lash lift is an advantage
• Strong consultation and customer service skills
• Confident in recommending suitable treatments and products
• Customer-focused, service-oriented and results-driven
• Professional, responsible and well-groomed
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to hygiene, detail and client safety
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or WSQ certification is an advantage but not compulsory

Salary & Benefits

• $4,000 - $6,000/month, depending on experience and qualifications
