Increase sales volume and revenue and achieve sales targets by growing current markets and exploring new markets within area of responsibility.
Formulate local sales and marketing strategies through market analysis and partner with local distributor(s) to drive sales and win projects.
Develop strong relationships with Top Customers/T&I Key Accounts and distributors through regular visits and contact.
Manage negotiations on product pricing agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized applications/solutions to meet customers needs.
Support marketing activities with distributors by participating in key trade exhibitions/shows and other events to promote Nordson products.
Provide application and product training and updates to customers on the latest technology and product developments.
Gather relevant market information, including latest technology and industry trends, competitor developments, changes in existing markets and emergence of new markets for feedback to management.
Maintain customer profiles and up to date information through the C4C system and provide feedback to management, including reports on sales activities, prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts.
