Job Description

  • Increase sales volume and revenue and achieve sales targets by growing current markets and exploring new markets within area of responsibility.
  • Formulate local sales and marketing strategies through market analysis and partner with local distributor(s) to drive sales and win projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with Top Customers/T&I Key Accounts and distributors through regular visits and contact.
  • Manage negotiations on product pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized applications/solutions to meet customers needs.
  • Support marketing activities with distributors by participating in key trade exhibitions/shows and other events to promote Nordson products.
  • Provide application and product training and updates to customers on the latest technology and product developments.
  • Gather relevant market information, including latest technology and industry trends, competitor developments, changes in existing markets and emergence of new markets for feedback to management.
  • Maintain customer profiles and up to date information through the C4C system and provide feedback to management, including reports on sales activities, prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts.

  • Proactive and aggressive in business, Self-driven and result oriented.
  • Familiar with Semiconductor and PCB market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and motivational skills.
  • Good understanding technically and commercially about related technologies
  • Strong believer in teamwork and team spirit.
  • Good at English both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical and Computer Skills.
