Job Description
- Define and identify IT Data Center projects by acting as a trusted advisor to the assigned customer set. - Take a leading role in the technical education of customers and sales teams, keeping customers and partners informed about new technologies and innovations. - Identify customer projects, interpret their technical requirements, and configure the solution based on the company product portfolio. - Build technical solutions in collaboration with the wider specialist product and technical community, sales teams, and business partners to support successful business outcomes. - Lead and/or provide technical input for Tenders/RFIs/RFPs. - Gather and analyze information to develop a clear understanding of customer technology infrastructures.
