Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including licensing, co-development, strategic alliances, and go-to-market initiatives
- Build and manage investor and strategic partner pipelines, including outreach, meetings, data room management, term sheet negotiation, and deal closing
- Prepare and integrate external-facing materials such as teasers, pitch decks, information memoranda (IM), partnership proposals, and draft terms (basic NDA/MTA/CDA)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and finance teams to translate technical and clinical value into compelling business narratives and valuation logic
- Support pre-IPO fundraising activities and alignment of key pre-listing milestones, including timelines, resource planning, risk assessment, and decision-making recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 510+ years of experience in business development, strategy, investment, or consulting within the biotech or healthcare industry
- Strong familiarity with licensing and partnership processes; basic financial modeling and valuation capabilities with the ability to independently drive deals
- Excellent business-level English communication skills (presentations, meetings, emails, contract review)
- Strong execution capability and proven cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, international partnerships, or pre-IPO companies
- Understanding of medical device or pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, or regulatory pathways
