Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the research and development of new battery materials, systems and technologies, including but not limited to lithium-ion batteries, lithium metal solid-state batteries, silicon anode batteries, etc., to promote technological innovation and breakthroughs and ensure the company's competitiveness in the field of battery technology 2. Conduct performance evaluation and optimization improvements on existing battery products, and collaborate with cross-department teams to solve technical problems that arise during product production and use based on market feedback and customer needs, propose optimization plans from battery design, material selection, process and other aspects and supervise implementation 3. Lead or participate in the planning, execution and monitoring of battery-related projects, formulate detailed project plans and technology roadmaps, rationally allocate resources, promote the effective transformation and application of project results, and create economic benefits for the company 4. Provide professional battery technical support to other departments within the company, including pre-sales technical consultation, after-sales technical services, etc., and assist the sales team to answer customers technical questions 5. Maintain close technical exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises, pay attention to the latest trends in the industry and new technology development trends, introduce external advanced technologies and concepts, and enhance the company's overall technical level and industry influence.
Qualifications
1. Doctoral degree, electrochemistry, materials science and engineering, physical chemistry and other related majors, with a profound theoretical foundation and professional knowledge reserve, and those with outstanding research results or rich practical experience in the battery field can appropriately relax the academic requirements to a master's degree 2. Be proficient in the working principles of batteries, electrode material characteristics, battery manufacturing processes and testing methods, and be proficient in the operation and data analysis of various battery performance testing equipment be proficient in material characterization technology, and be able to conduct in-depth analysis of the structure, morphology and composition of battery materials 3. Be familiar with battery-related industry standards and specifications, track international cutting-edge battery technology research trends, and conduct effective technical exchanges and cooperation with international peers 4. Those with more than 5 years of working experience in the field of battery R&D, production or application, who have held important technical positions in battery companies and scientific research institutions or who have achieved major scientific research results will be given special attention and priority for employment.
