Responsibilities
1. In-depth participation in the construction of business operating systems in the direction of security/body services, responsible for the entire process from architecture design to functional development, ensuring that the system has high stability, high performance and high security to meet the rapid development of business development needs in the development of online/nearline/offline data processing systems, use cutting-edge technology to achieve efficient data collection, cleaning, storage and analysis, providing strong support for business decisions participate in the construction and optimization of image & text retrieval and recall systems, improve retrieval accuracy and recall rate, and ensure that users can quickly obtain the information they need 2. Lead the research and development of the RAG/Agent application construction system, explore the innovative application of AI technology in actual business, integrate large model capabilities into applications, realize intelligent interaction and services, and promote the innovative development of business models during the implementation of AI applications, be responsible for technology selection, algorithm optimization and engineering implementation, overcome technical problems, and ensure that AI applications can serve business scenarios stably and efficiently 3. Facing the complex challenges of heterogeneous big data processing, use advanced data processing technologies and tools to integrate, process and analyze diversified data, mine data value, and provide data-driven decision-making basis for business development continue to optimize heterogeneous big data processing processes, improve data processing efficiency and quality, reduce system costs, and enhance system scalability and compatibility.
Qualifications
1. More than one year of Golang/Java/Python development experience, with a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive and growth mindset 2. Proficient in common Golang/Java/Python frameworks, with an in-depth understanding of the features provided by the framework and the details of its implementation principles 3. Have good business combing and abstraction capabilities, and master the basic skills of refactoring code 4. Have good coding habits, clear structure, standardized naming, strong logic, and low code redundancy rate 5. Have experience in the design and development of large-scale distributed systems, and be able to independently complete system design and development 6. Be proficient in MySQL database and one or more non-relational databases, such as Redis, Cassandra, and HBase, and understand their usage scenarios and limitations candidates with experience in risk control or content security-related systems are preferred, understand risk control strategy formulation, risk identification and early warning mechanisms, and are familiar with content security detection technologies and processes, so that they can effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the business.
