Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the system construction of Volcano Engine AI applications, including but not limited to intelligent assistant (Copilot), intelligent customer service, intelligent search, intelligent recommendation, etc. 2. Explore how to use the combination of LLM and engineering technology to enhance product experience and improve engineering efficiency in various scenarios, including but not limited to conversational robots, knowledge Q&A, knowledge generation, search, recommendation, intent understanding, summary summary, etc. 3. Participate in the design of system technical solutions, core code development and system tuning 4. Responsible for the research and application of new AI technologies such as LLM, and promote the application of suitable technologies in production to solve practical business problems.
Qualifications
1. Computer, software engineering, mathematics and other related majors are preferred 2. Possess solid basic computer knowledge, rich back-end R&D experience, and are familiar with Golang, Python and corresponding frameworks and common technical components 3. Familiar with mainstream AI engineering frameworks, such as LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI/Swarm, etc., with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent/Multiple-Agent and other AI engineering implementation experience 4. Familiar with the basic principles and application methods of large language models, and continue to pay attention to the latest developments in the AI field 5. Have good product awareness, and be able to proactively think and explore product direction innovations 6. Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
