Backend R&D Engineer-Customer Service Platform (Shanghai)

1. Responsible for the design and development of ByteDance's domestic and overseas customer service business platforms, in-depth business, understanding of abstractions, and providing users with intelligent and efficient service solutions 2. Reasonably dismantle and implement product needs of different cycles and urgency 3. Write technical documents and design solutions for related products 4. Learn and research advanced technologies in the industry and maintain technological progress.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related professional background 2. Familiar with at least one language such as Java/Golang/PHP/Python/C++, Golang, Python, Java experience is preferred 3. Familiar with commonly used Internet technologies, including but not limited to Linux systems and principles, MySQL, NoSQL, RPC, MQ, caching technology, microservice architecture, etc. 4. Have good coding and documentation habits, pay attention to coding style, be familiar with basic design patterns and principles, and be able to continuously pay attention to and optimize the projects you do 5. Bonus points: have experience in the development of customer service systems or commercial SaaS platforms.
