Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the growth research and development of ByteDance's CapCut, wake-up pictures, Faceu and other imaging products 2. Through business scenario abstraction, realize the design and implementation of key technical solutions and solve technical problems in complex business scenarios 3. Responsible for the design and optimization of online large-scale distributed systems, using the most cutting-edge engineering technology to meet business demands and derived technical issues, including but not limited to: 1) Building services that support hundreds of thousands of QPS high concurrency 2) Building a highly scalable and highly available microservice architecture that meets the ultimate iteration efficiency 3) Continuously optimizing infrastructure and conversion funnels to improve search engine natural search rankings 4. Complete cross-department close cooperation and continuously promote product iterative optimization.
Qualifications
1. Computer and related majors, bachelor degree or above 2. Have solid programming skills and coding habits, good data structure and algorithm foundation 3. Be proficient in using a programming language, including but not limited to Golang/Python/Java/PHP/C++/C be familiar with common web components such as MySQL, Redis, MQ, etc., and understand the basic principles 4. Understand conventional architecture design ideas, including but not limited to servitization, asynchronous, high availability, scalability, etc. 5. Have a good sense of reliability, including but not limited to monitoring, disaster recovery, etc. have good team communication and collaboration skills, a good sense of responsibility and have good self-drive and learning abilities. Priority will be given to those who meet the following conditions: 1. Priority will be given to those with experience in user growth business 2. Priority will be given to those with good product awareness 3. Priority will be given to those with experience in large-scale distributed system design.
