Backend Operations Support Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and test scalable software solutions for ventures projects
• Troubleshoot production issues and support user-reported problems
• Collaborate on system reliability through proactive monitoring and optimization
• Provide technical support across time zones, including night shift rotations

Job Requirements:

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows
• Proficiency in Linux, monitoring tools like Datadog or OpenTelemetry
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with payment card systems
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
