Summary

DescriptionSummary of This Role

Performs troubleshooting, and maintenance of internal systems including ERP and EOB platforms. Supports users by diagnosing software and hardware issues, ensuring system reliability, and adhering to company policies and industry best practices. Collaborates with technical teams to resolve operational problems.

What Part Will You Play

  • Provide frontline support to users of internal ERP and EOB systems, troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Prepare reports on system usage, incidents, and user feedback for continuous improvement
  • Update and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation related to system support
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets, escalating when necessary.

What Are We Looking For in This Role

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience in IT support or operations considered an advantage; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise software like ERP or other internal business systems.
  • Basic knowledge of system administration, network fundamentals and security practices.
