Responsible for backend development related to the EOB and ERP modules, collaborating with technical teams in Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. This role involves implementing new features or refining existing functionality based on headquarters requirements, as well as participating in the maintenance and operation of existing payment systems.
What Part Will You Play
- Develop and enhance EOB and ERP modules according to business and HQ requirements.
- Implement new features or refine existing system functionality to improve performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-regional technical teams (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Participate in the maintenance, monitoring, and operation of current payment systems.
- Work closely with front-end engineers for system integration and optimized solutions.
- Apply best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure system quality and maintainability.
What Are We Looking For in This Role
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant backend development experience (or equivalent skills).
- Strong understanding of the Java programming language and system operations.
- Familiarity with the Spring Framework.
- Proficient in using Git for version control.
- Experience with core Java concepts and working with SQL databases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with front-end teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 2 years of proven relevant experience within the same company.
- Advanced expertise in Java programming and system operations.
- Experience designing and developing Web APIs.
- Familiarity with the advanced Java fundamentals.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
