Backend Development Engineer - Toutiao

1. Responsible for the server-side technology construction of Toutiao 2. Responsible for the design and implementation of high-concurrency and large-traffic distributed systems, and overcoming various technical difficulties 3. Lead or participate in the formulation of R&D specifications and team management mechanisms 4. Lead or participate in forward-looking projects, and be responsible for the research and application of new technologies.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communications and other related majors, more than 1 year of server-side development experience, and a deep understanding of high-concurrency, high-availability architecture systems 2. Proficient in at least one server-side programming language such as C/C++/Java/Go/Python/Shell/PHP 3. Solid programming skills, excellent design and code taste 4. Have a deep understanding of computer principles, and have a good foundation in data structures and algorithms 5. Be familiar with commonly used open source components such as Mysql, Redis, and MQ, and have the ability to make customized improvements 6. Be positive and optimistic, have a strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, work conscientiously and meticulously, and have good team communication, collaboration skills, and curiosity 7. Experience in large-scale distributed system design or development is preferred.
